Digital Content FAQ

Packages and single tickets can be purchased at www.soulpepper.ca or by emailing boxoffice@youngcentre.ca and a Patron Services rep will get back to you as soon as possible.

Click here to view a full list of Soulpepper performances. Patrons must have a registered Soulpepper account to complete the purchase of a package and/or single tickets.

1. From the performance listings page, click “BUY TICKETS” under the passport package or the show you wish to listen to (single tickets).
2. On the purchase page, select “1” from the drop-down menu and click on “CONTINUE”.
3. On the shopping-cart page, review your purchase and when ready, click “CONTINUE”.
4. Login to your Ticketing Account with your email and password or if you don’t already have one, click “REGISTER” to create a new account.
5. On the review page, you will be presented with the option to make a donation. If you’d like to make a donation to Soulpepper, click one of the options and then click “ADD DONATION”.
6. Payment:
   • At the bottom of the payment-information page, you will see “APPLY GIFT CERTIFICATE”. If you have a Gift Certificate, enter the certificate number, including any dashes (-), and click “APPLY GIFT CERTIFICATE”. If you do not have a gift certificate, skip this step.
   • Read the Terms & Conditions by clicking on “TERMS & CONDITIONS” in the orange writing.
   • Check the box that you have read the Terms and Conditions and then “CLICK TO PAY (SECURE PAGE WILL OPEN)”.
   • The payment screen will open, where you will be prompted to enter your credit card information and click “SUBMIT”.
7. After the purchase has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation from boxoffice@youngcentre.ca. Included in the email will be a link to access your digital content.

In order to access this content, each person needs a login (email address and password) connected to their tickets. For this reason, we suggest you purchase a Soulpepper Gift Certificate for either $80 for a package or the option of $5, $10, $15 or $20 for single tickets to send to a friend or loved one, which they can use to purchase.

Once you have purchased a Soulpepper Gift Certificate, you will receive an electronic Gift Certificate by email. Included in the email will be instructions on how to redeem the Gift Certificate online using the certificate number. Simply forward the electronic Gift Certificate to your friend or loved one.

You will create your account at the end of the purchase path when purchasing either a package or single tickets.

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

1. Visit the Ticketing Account login page and put in your best guess at what your password could be.
2. If it is incorrect, a red box will appear that says: “Your email or password is incorrect. Please try again, reset your password, or register for a new account.” Click on “reset your password”.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click “SUBMIT”
4. Check your email for the link to complete your password reset.
   • If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder. If the email is not in your spam folder, repeat the above steps or contact the box office.
5. In the email, click on “CLICK HERE TO LOGIN NOW” to create a new password. Note: Your password will need to be a minimum of six characters, and contain a capital letter, a number, and a special character (e.g., !, @, &).
6. Once you create your new password, you will be automatically logged in to your account.

Note: If you have previously saved your password through your web browser, when prompted, save the updated password.

1. Login to your account through the Ticketing Account login page.
2. Click on the blue box with an outline of a person to the left of the “LOGOUT” button.
3. Under “ACCOUNT ITEMS” click on “ACCOUNT INFO”.
4. Update the information you wish to update, enter your password, and click “SAVE CHANGES”.

There are two ways to access your digital content, through the confirmation email or directly from the Soulpepper website.

Through the Confirmation Email:

1. Under the heading “ACCESS YOUR CONTENT” in your email confirmation from boxoffice@youngcentre.ca, click the blue “CLICK HERE”.
2. Login to your Ticketing Account using your email address and password. After clicking “LOGIN”, you will be directed to the Digital Content page.
3. On the Digital Content page, you will see the applicable performances and the “ACCESS CONTENT” buttons on the right hand side. When you click on the “ACCESS CONTENT” button, you will be taken to the performance page where you will be able to play the recording and view additional content.

Through the Soulpepper Website:

1. Go to your Ticketing Account
2. In the top left corner, click the “LOGIN” button.
3. Enter your Ticketing Account login information using your email and password and click “LOGIN”.
4. Click on the button that says “DIGITAL CONTENT”. You will then be directed to the Digital Content Page.
5. On the Digital Content page, you will see the applicable performances and the “ACCESS CONTENT” buttons on the right hand side. When you click on the “ACCESS CONTENT” button, you will be taken to the performance page where you will be able to play the recording and view additional content.

You will be able to enjoy unlimited access to your audio programming from the premiere date until June 30, 2021.

The recordings will work best with the most up-to-date versions of Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge.

Yes, if you login to your Ticketing Account through your mobile internet browser, you will be able to access the audio files the same as you would on a computer.

Due to copyright restrictions, it is not permissible to download any of the recordings.

With Around the World in 80 Plays, you have until June 30, 2021 to enjoy all of the performance and listen to it as many times as you like! Given this flexibility, packages and single tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Try restarting your browser, app, or device.
• Try closing browser tabs that aren’t in use.
• Try clearing your browser history or cache.
• Make sure you are using either Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge browsers and that they have been updated with the latest versions.

Clearing your browser cache may resolve issues with playing the recorded content.

Steps for how to clear your browser cache are listed below.

Please note that clearing your browser cache will remove cookies and other files that may be storing your login information on other sites, and you may be required to log in again.

Mac & Windows

At the top right of your browser, click “More”. (It may appear as three dots in a vertical line or an upward arrow icon, depending on the version you are using.)

1. Select “More Tools”.
2. Select “Clear Browsing Data”.
3. Select a time range.
   • To delete everything, select “All time”.
4. Check the boxes for:
   • Cookies
   • Other site data
   • Cached images and files
5. Click “Clear data”.

Microsoft Edge
Windows

1. Click the hub icon, (It may appear as three dots in a horizontal line, depending on the version you are using.)
2. Click “History”.
3. Select “Clear browsing data”.
4. Check the following boxes:
   • Cookies and other site data
   • Cached data and files
5. Click “Clear now”.

Safari
Mac

1. Click “Safari” in the menu bar.
2. Select “Preferences”.
3. Select the “Privacy” tab.
4. Choose “Manage Website Data”.
5. Click “Remove All”.
6. Click “Remove Now” to confirm.
