The Skin of Our Teeth
George Brown Theatre School
April 12 - 23, 2011
The Skin of Our Teeth follows the often funny and occasionally tragic circumstances of the Antrobus family who have learned to persevere, and even thrive through any number of natural and personal crises including war, flood, disease, and a plague of locusts. It's a play about hope, and about finding whatever it is that can pull you through, whatever you have that can give you the strength to keep going, to start again, to rebuild, to continue–even when it feels like the world is ending. Funny and sad, charming, and touching, this classic Wilder play won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1942.
