Young Centre Resident Artist David Buchbinder leads a family-oriented concert celebrating our fragile planet and its creatures in song, word and dance.

Sensational musicians joins celebrated dancers, poets and storytellers for an afternoon of environmental exploration.  A poetry performance from celebrated author Dennis Lee (Alligator Pie, Civil Elegies) accompanies stories and poems from Kenneth Welsh and First Nation storyteller Jim Adams, and contemporary dance by Julia Aplin.

Songs and music will be performed by Shoshana Sperling and Maury Lafoy of the kid-oriented rock and roll band The Monkey Bunch, saxophonist Richard Underhill (Shuffle Demons, Blue Rodeo, etc.), jazz pianist Dave Restivo, drummer Max Roach, and Young Centre Resident Artist Suba Sankaran.
